32 Years Old, Physician
Weight Change – 225 lbs to 195.8 lbs

If there are people in this world that I respect the most, it would definitely be medical professionals. These people sacrificed years of their life just to be able to practice their respective professions and it’ll take decades for them to further enhance their skill sets just to make this world a healthier place for us to live in.

So imagine my disappointment when I found out that both my local and international medical professional clients are living unhealthily, both with their work shifts and their food choices. I always joke around, saying how ironic it is, that those who are in charged of our health are actually the ones who are unhealthy. Poch is one of the many medical professionals under my wing, who is facing such a problem. Internship, residency, double shifts, these are just some of the terms I get accustomed to when handling these clients. The government and private institutions should really do something about their working environment. We cannot justify it with “It’s been like this ever since”, “that’s just how it is in the medical sector”. How can we expect these individuals to save lives if they couldn’t even save themselves from future complications due to their current lifestyle?

Poch’s main issue is with social gatherings, he shared to me before that he had to decline his attendance on several celebrations just to avoid eating unhealthy food, but how is that being practical nor sustainable? While most nutritionists/coaches would want themselves to be relevant to you in the long run as it is their source of income, we think differently, as we try to empower you with the necessary knowledge to counter such predicaments even if it means that you graduate from our program after just a few months with us. Our goal is to make your healthy lifestyle as sustainable and as practical as possible and that means knowing what you can eat and how much to eat during social gatherings.

I believe Poch is clearly halfway through his fitness journey as he moves down from class 2 obese to class 1. He just needs to persevere just a tiny bit more to be able to get out of the obese category altogether. Congratulations brother and thank you for your continued trust!
