Pregnancy in its entirety is a complex and delicate process. One which transforms the body physiologically. While some moms are very much okay with the said changes such as the weight gain, the stomach distention amongst others, it is very much understandable that there are some who would like to fix it and this is where we come in.

If you think losing weight and leaning up is easy, wait til you experience pregnancy. The surge in hormones would often come with abnormal bloating coming from water retention. The stomach distention that comes with it too is a pain to deal with, even more so with diastasis recti!

But just because it’s difficult, doesn’t mean it’s impossible to fix or to work around with and in comes Andrea! She’s extremely active but despite this, she still had issues with her weight and tummy and this was the time that our previous client introduced her to our services and she has been transforming since!
