There’s nothing special about Rhaine’s nutrition plan as it’s pretty basic. Her workout routine is just home-based too but we may have to replace that with a gym workout this second month as we prepare to tone her further and slowly pack on some lean mass.

I’ve said this a few weeks back, the drive that these cosplayers have is unparalleled. The local cosplay scene may improve dramatically with the rise of these health-conscious individuals who are not only passionate with the characters they portray but also with their self-image. We are not in the business of bodyshaming, rather I’d like to think of it as we are actually empowering these people to be better at their craft.
