Robin here is someone we would classify as skinny fat. Skinny guy with a bulging tummy. If you’ve been looking around our previous posts for the past couple of months, you would know that we’ve handled several people with the same body type and each and everyone of them transformed decently throughout our engagement.

Robin here is no different from the rest, the magic here isn’t really about him losing the tummy, but rather losing the tummy, despite only losing 3.7 lbs in a month’s time. Time immemorial, we have been stressing out the importance of losing QUALITY weight. It’s not as to how much you can lose but as to how much FAT loss can you induce per weight loss.

Wait, that’s a bit confusing? Say that again? Well there is a misconception that you can lose fat and fat alone and you can site induce it, but NO. Fat Loss is ONE component of Weight Loss and you cannot LOSE FAT and FAT alone. It doesn’t work that way. Any person who comes to you and tells you otherwise is obviously lying or clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Also another thing is that you CANNOT site induce it. Just because you do crunches doesn’t mean you’ll burn fat in your tummy area. So be skeptical of people telling you such misconceptions.
