Weight Change – 118.8 lbs to 111.4 lbs

Among all the body types, the most challenging in my opinion is none other than the “Skinny Fat” build. The problem with handling this body type is that there is a need to conduct weight loss to induce fat loss as the latter is just one component of the former and you cannot really induce fat loss alone unless you do liposuction.

The challenge comes from temporarily bringing the body down to underweight levels and while that may sound easy, our body is actually designed to adapt and to survive and with that said, going down to underweight levels isn’t really something your body will allow you to do “freely” as it’ll think that you’re starving yourself and will most likely enter into starvation mode in an effort to conserve energy which will slow down your body’s metabolism. A slow metabolism would mean less fat burning and so you’re back to square 1.

So how was I able to resolve this? Very simple, compute for the minimum amount of calories that the client should take on a daily basis without entering starvation mode. While that may sound straight forward, it’s the total opposite. A missed meal or a missed ingredient might mean the difference between successfully pulling it off and failing miserably. Not to mention the entire computation is a challenge. Fortunately for my clients, I’m quite experienced with this body type. I actually have another skinny fat body transformation lined up for feature this week.

If I could induce such a change in a short span of time despite handling my clients remotely, imagine what I’m capable of when I actually handle my clients in person. We will be releasing a hybrid “Online/On-Site” Package soon which will allow us to be MORE hands on with our clients. Details will be released as soon as we’re able to iron out some details with our partner establishments.
