Simple issues require simple solutions. Oftentimes we encounter clients who had a history of complicating their fitness plans just because they thought that their fitness issues were difficult to tackle. Some simply rely on doing a DIY and as such relying on researches online which more often than not lacks credibility.

Seamus’ issue isn’t a complicated one. He simply needed to lean up his tummy as the guy is already fairly lean but despite this a tummy is still sticking out. This is definitely a nutritional issue no matter how you look at it and as such would require a simple solution, which is a nutritional revamp.

In just 1 MONTH into our program, we were able to remove majority of his tummy issue which is clearly visible from either front and side view transformation photos. On top of this we were able to enhance his energy levels which is always a bonus for a person with an active lifestyle such as Seamus.

There is no need to over complicate things, more often than not, people simply need the right guidance to guide them through their fitness journeys.
