Despite being in operation for almost 3 years now, we’ve only met a few clients, some by chance, and others through our travels. Sev and our head coach met in Malaysia back in 2019 but this was prior to his enrollment as a client. This was because his wife was a former client who also happens to be part of our transformation features!

Believe it or not, Sev isn’t our most compliant client. Even as we feature him now, his compliance rate is probably around 70% on average and yet despite this, he was able to transform himself in the process! One look at his visuals whether it be front or side profile, and you could see the huge improvement in terms of bloating, width and overall thickness! On top of his aesthetics, we’ve also recorded improvements in terms of his overall energy and mood. Hunger is also well managed. These variables are all indicators that the plan he’s on is computed accurately for him!

More than sharing Sev’s visuals, it is actually his journey that we’d like to give the spotlight to. You see, in a perfect world, everyone would be compliant and everyone would just transform miraculously into such fit individuals. Reality, however, differs by a ton. Progress isn’t a straight line but more like a heart rate monitor with ups and downs. It’s okay to make mistakes and it’s okay to stumble sometimes. The important thing here is getting back up and seeing things through. Even as we type this, Sev here is still a work in progress. We always remind him that it is not as to how fast he gets to transform but as to how long he gets to sustain it.
