To say that we live in a judgmental society is quite the understatement and skinny fat people are not exempt from the said judgment. People think that going on a diet would mean a substantial amount of weight drop and in the process, you’ll just be skin and bones. Well, this is only true if you do it wrong from crash dieting or fad diets as you will mostly lose muscle mass through those processes. But if done right, then you will achieve what Jaz did as per her visuals!
