One of the common misconceptions regarding fitness is that the fitter you are, the faster your progress will be. On the contrary, the closer you are to your healthy weight range or rather the fitter you become, the more difficult it is to transform or for the lack of a better word, “evolve” into the next level.

If you are to look at Tricia’s before photos, one could already say that she’s fit enough as she already has that type of body that a lot of women are working so hard for, but Tricia didn’t want to settle with that as there is still a room for improvement and that we clearly achieved 3 months and 6.6 lbs later.

You could clearly see as to how much the depth of her midsection improved. the bloating on her lower abs disappeared, not to mention there is a more defined line separating her external oblique(oblique area) from her rectus abdominis(6 pack area).
