Imagine having to cut down your waist line from 41 down to 32 in 3 months? That is exactly what Xena did, losing a total of 17 lbs during this duration. Often times we encounter people who are demotivated because of years of struggling with their weight issues and these people often result to online references or to the latest fad diets to which worsen their situation because more likely than not, it’s just another form of crash dieting, and crash dieting makes you lose muscle mass and water weight and NOT fat. People focus on the wrong things like “how much workout should I be doing?” “What supplements do I take?” Often times the right question isn’t either of those but “What food and how much food should I be taking.” I cannot stress the importance of proper guidance. You would be surprised to know that a majority of our clients under our weight loss program has yet to step inside a gym.

Here at The Architect PH, we offer a FULL customized nutrition and workout plan. If the client does NOT have a gym membership then that shouldn’t be a hindrance for him/her to achieve his/her fitness goals. We should be the one to think of something as to how to circumvent these limitations.
